Daonapha Sanchez
A native of Tark in northern Thailand, Chef Ad began learning traditional Thai cooking from her family at a young age and started her professional culinary journey in Washington, D.C. in 1998.
Today she combines heritage recipes with over two decades of craft — delivering bold, flavorful, and healthy Thai cuisine made with love.
